I need to install the HP C/ANSI-C Developer Bundle - B3901BA from Disk 2 of 5 from the HP-UX 11.0 Application Software CD Set (Sept 2000).
'swlist' shows the bundle directory, but, 'swinstall' says its not available for installation.
How do I get it installed?

Solution(by the way- your profile says you have not assigned any points to previous questions. It is the way you say thank-you to someone who answers your questions.)

Re: Problem installing C/ANSI-C Developer Bundle
Once you have the codeword, you go into swinstall (interactive), go to Actions, and then Add New Codeword. You fill out the appropriate information and you should then see ANSI/C in the list of available applications.

Re: Problem installing C/ANSI-C Developer Bundle
"swlist" will always show you all products/bundles on the CD:s, but many of them require codewords for installation.

Re: Problem installing C/ANSI-C Developer Bundle
I humbly beg your forgiveness "oh might one". I was unfamiliar with the points business. I have since rectified the problem and am now armed against future reprisals like yours........
Thank you.
