problem SCSI resetting K100
My Problem is SCSI Resseting
THE PROBLEM APPEARS WHEN IGNITING THE EQUIPMENT IN THE BCH
The OPERATING SYSTEM IS HP-ux 10,20 IN A K-100 SERVER HELP...

display=0xb800, flags=0x0) I/O system hang

DUMPSYS (/FAILED,RETURNED 42,)

It seems like your disk is dead.
If it is already has an operating system and running, run command
ioscan -fnC disk
and look for NO_HW phrase next to the disk devices.
If you are trying to actually ignite this server (from what you have said in your post I am not quite certain if you are using the term "ignite" correctly) from scratch to load hpux on it, try to boot from a core-os cd and see if it can recognize all the disks in the chasis.
More than likely, whichever method you go, you will find a bad disk on your system or maybe even a bad scsi adapter.

Seems problem with your harddisk.
If the system is booting check /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log for errors.
Check with cstm , for read/write failure.
# ioscan -fnC disk | grep NO_HW
