Problem with access to server Network error connection refused

Hi
I have a problem I did ping to my server and this send me answer but when I want to connect to server trought putty software I got this message
Network error Conecction refused


Any suggestion for this issue

Hi Danny:

How are you attempting to connect --- telnet, ssh?

Is 'telnet' allowed? Check your '/etc/inetd.conf' to be sure.

Is 'sshd' running (if that's the way you connect)?

But I don´t know which is the protocol of comunication in my machine instaled the putty sofware for entering to server to console mode and I am in other place I'm entering to remoting way

then I cannot check the telnet services in this path

I sent the email for restar manually server I am waiting for this task and I will check again
