Problem with Install Patch

When I install the patch PHSS_28435 displays the following error:

It appears that PHSS_28435 is for an add-on product like ANSI/C or something like that. Since that product is not installed, there is nothing for the patch to patch so the patch will not install. Since you don't have the product installed that this patch patches, the patch is not applicable to your system.

The other patches you mention are for core HP-UX functionality so they will install without a problem.

The error means that the patch can be installed only on the system where "Auxiliary-Opt.LANG-STARTUP,fr=B.11.11,v=HP" is present. Does this patch PHSS_28435 has any dependencies?? If yes, install the required pacthes/filesets first and then this patch.
