Problem with port open hacl


I have problem with hacl, when i execute netstat -a, the output is :
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT....

Any ideas ?

No is my problem in this discution,

When i execute netstat -a, hundreds socket in TIME_WAIT status

eg:
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT
localhost.hacl-local TIME_WAIT
s2500a.hacl-cfg TIME_WAIT

so, netstat -a gets slowly.
