Problem with "swreg" or "swacl" on hpux 11.23

Hi,
Somebody can help me with this. I want install this packet with my user root,this is the owner, but the messages tell me that i dont have permissions...???
please help,

This is an unfortunate message in that the real reason is that either hostname or IP address has changed recently. Restart swagentd:

/sbin/init.d/swagentd stop
/sbin/init.d/swagentd start

The swagentd program keeps networking information in its local memory after starting.

just apply this command then again try
swagentd -r
