Problem with recovery from tape made with make_tape_recovery

When I recovery a system (exact same system) using a tape made with make_tape_recovery (HP-UX 10.20 IGNITE-UX 3.3.116) I get the following problems.

1. All the /dev/0* files are now /dev/1*. I have to manually rename them.

2. The system no longer recognizes that it has file system swap (although the swap files may exist). I have to manually use sam to recreated the file system swap.

3. The kernel seems to have lost the fact that I had a 100mb PMC lan interface. I have to recreate the kernel with the driver in the system file.
