Problems printing from Lexmark T620 printer
I set up a new queue in my HP-UX server for a Lexmark T620 printer using Markvision Enhanced printer drivers for UNIX. When I tried to print, the jobs are hanging in the queue. The lpched is running. For the printer trap3, the lp processes running are
lp 22409 22408 0 10:08:14 ? 0:00 /bin/sh /etc/lp/interface/trap11
trap11-4622 root 1 /var/spoo
root 24231 6428 1 10:45:28 pts/2 0:00 grep lp
lp 22408 22401 0 10:08:14 ? 0:00 lpsched
lp 22401 1 0 10:07:58 ? 0:00 lpsched
lp 22447 22409 0 10:08:14 ? 0:00 /usr/markvision/bin/cat_network
-u root@ -n trap11 -r -l
When I set up the printer as network printer, the lexprt utility asked for a hostname, which I supplied, and then it came back that it is not a print server but I said yes anyways. Any input is appreciated
TIA,
