Problems w/ swconfig or swlist

I have some patches that were recently installed and when I do an "swlist -l fileset -a state | grep -i install"
they show up as installed, but when I try to do an swconfig to configure them it error's out and the log shows that it's because the patch has been superseded. How can I fix it so that the patches do not show up as installed?
Running 11.0 on a N-class server.

Hi Scott,

/usr/sbin/cleanup -c 1
followed by
/usr/sbin/cleanup -s
should solve your problem (hopefully)

see man cleanup

I have the same problem. HP wants the patches cleaned up before we get our next customized patch tape. I was asked to install PHCO_22044 a patch that adds more commands for working with patches and PHCO_21492 the latest SD-UX patch. The patches will be installed on Friday. HP is going to let me know what should be done after that.
