Problems with boot lan.<ip_addr> install
I have an Ignite-UX server on a different network to a client I'm trying to build with 11.11. I've setup a boot helper on the same subnet as the client. It has the same Ignite-UX version as the Ignite-UX server and I've put my client's IP into /etc/opt/ignite/instl_boottab and have configured instl_adm with the right netmask, gateway and Ignite-UX server address...
I then try to boot my client with a boot lan.
Anyone know what might be wrong here?
Funny thing is it's worked before, like yesterday!!
Thanks - Lee

Re: Problems with boot lan.<ip_addr> install
What is your server and what is the firmware version? I had this with rp7410 with old firmware, the boot lan always failed
regards,
Sandy

Re: Problems with boot lan.<ip_addr> install
The boot helper has all of the relevant Ignite-UX files on for installing 11.00 and 11.11 and it's the same version as the Ignite-UX server.
Thanks

Re: Problems with boot lan.<ip_addr> install
on helper server, when you run instl_adm -d which "route_gateway[0]"? is it a gateway for Ignite server or it is a gateway for helper? I use the gateway for Ignite server and I succeed with Ignite rebuild via helper.
