Proxy/Port filter Apps?

Hello,

I'm looking for a Proxy/Port filter application that will route the standard TCP protocols: ftp, http, smtp, etc along with SSL tunneling for HPUX.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations
on which application I should use?
