PSEUDO TERMINAL

I AM USING L2000 WIH HPUX 11.0.WHENEVER I AM CONNECTING TO THE SERVER THROUGH TELNET I AM GETTING TTY AS /dev/pts/ta, /dev/pts/tb.... .
IN D CLASS WITH HP UX 10.2 I AM GETTING tty AS /dev/ttyr0 , /dev/ttyr1....
SO PLS HELP ME HOW TO GET PSEUDO TTY AS D CLASS IN LCLASS? BECAUSE MY APLICATION REQUIRES SAME TTY AS DCLASS.

Re: PSEUDO TERMINAL

I believe the previous answer does not give you any relevant info.
As of version 10.30/11.x of HP-UX, there have been changes made to the telnet internet services, they now use STREAMS based psuedo terminals.
Please read section 7.6.6 of the 11.00RelNotes under /usr/share/doc for more information
