ptydaemon getting killed

PTYDAEMON getting killed and the its logs a messages in /etc/ptydaemonlog as "Msgctl failure. Cannot remove response queue". Can anyone what exactly is the problem. I am suspecting the IPC but the server was restarted during the last weekend.
