Has someone ever installed purify on their system. I have just downloaded the .tar file and its in my /tmp directory. Need to know how I go about installing this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Solution
To install, if I remember properly, untar the file in the finaly destination. It should create a directory like purify-5.1_hpux. In that directory there should be a pure_install script. Run this script...it should prompt you for licensing information. Once that's entered, you should be able to use purify (don't forget to update your path to include this directory).
Hope this helps.
