pushing software to 11.0 servers

Hi all,
I need to push software to 11.0 servers from a central server. I got information that patch PHCO_25875 ( SD-UX cumulative patch) will allow us to do this functionality. In old 10.20 servers we needed to buy license for Software Distributor Controller to enable this.
I installed PHCO_25875 but it still does not give me the options to push the software to other servers. Please advise.

What kind of server (manufacturer, OS, release, etc...) is your central software server?

It is an L class server(L2000) running 11.0
