pv IO timeout changing resulting in network not reachable error
Dear experts,
We are facing a strange issue that when we apply "pvchange -t 90 /dev/dsk/diskname" command, we are getting the below error. Can anyone help me in this regard?
root@app01: / # pvchange -t 90 /dev/dsk/c4t6d5
Device file path "/dev/dsk/c4t6d5" is an alternate path
to the Physical Volume. Using Primary Link "/dev/dsk/c6t6d5".
pvchange: Physical volume "/dev/dsk/c6t6d5" could not be changed:
Network is unreachable
root@app01: / # pvchange -t 90 /dev/dsk/c6t5d6
pvchange: Physical volume "/dev/dsk/c6t5d6" could not be changed:
Network is unreachable

In app01, the VG00 is active and other than this there are other 4 VG's are active in exclusive mode. These same VG's are not activated in the second VG per cluster configuration. Requesting your expert advice..

Masthan
