pwconv doesn't see ShadowPassword package installed

Pwconv doesn't seem to see that I have the ShadowPassword installed. Here's the output:

The system cannot be converted to use shadow passwords until the ShadowPassword product is installed.

Any help as to why it can't see the Shadow Password stuff has been installed is appreciated.

sweverify the install.

Perhaps its hung and can be fixed by

swverify \*

If not, see about removing it and trying again.

Hi Jeremy,

Run the following

swlist -a state ShadowPassword

Everything *should* be in a configured state.
If not reinstall.

Figured it out.

When I had copied over the depot to the central depot, everything had copied over but the placeholder "ShadowPW.SHADOW" (because the depot didn't include the HPUX Core software.)

No errors came up on the bundle install, but the depot was missing this key package (which AFAIK doesn't actually do anything but let pwconv know everything has been installed).
