PWPlus in HP-UX vs. /etc/default/security in non-trusted environment
Hi:
In my network, I need enforce the password policies (complexity, min length, etc)in HP-UX. HP use PWPlus for some environments, but I don´t know if this tool is better than /etc/default/security in a non-trusted system.
somebody can help me?
Thanks,
David

Re: PWPlus in HP-UX vs. /etc/default/security in non-trusted environment
Your options are extremely limited in a non-Trusted system. Now if you are running 11.23, you can improve the security features by adding the new security extensions:

The man page for secuity will list the options which work for non-Trusted systems.
