Question on Service Agreement

Does anyone know what the HP acronym SLA means? I believe it has something to do with response time metrics.

Service Level agreement. 8-5 or 24X7 etc...

Hi:

SLA = Service Level Agreement. An SLA defines what a customer can expect in terms of service and the requirements that need to be fulfilled to achieve the service. SLA may include response time metrics and milestones for escalation during service interruption.
