1. how can i add a password to a group?
2. when need i use password if i add a password to a group.
3.what's good point and bad point of this kind of password?

I don't think it is possible to have a group password in HP-UX.

From "man group" (HP-UX 11.11):
There is no tool for setting group passwords in /etc/group.

From "man newgrp":
WARNINGS
There is no convenient way to enter a password into /etc/group.

The use of group passwords is not recommended because, by their very
nature, they encourage poor security practices. Group passwords may
be eliminated in future HP-UX releases.
