"Not Owner" problem with chroot

I have just read several threads on the use of chroot, all of which have convinced me that it is shockingly difficult to get this to work on hp-ux.

Having followed all of the advice on the other threads, I still get the "Not Owner" error message.

See:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=501193
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=300008

/home/fred now has a pretty large tree of things in it with a /bin, /etc, /usr/lib, /dev. etc. all to no effect.

The threads above refers to documents A4161307 and S1100003442 which apparently tell how to fix this problem, yet I can't locate them.

Can anyone help me locate these documents?

I am running HPUX 11.00. If this fails, I'll have to log a software support call!

Re: "Not Owner" problem with chroot

When support documents suddenly go missing, logging a software support call is often the fastest way to get HP to find them and make them available.

HP has access to internal databases of documents and can help you find what you need.

I've run a few searches including google and not been able to come up with what you are looking for.
