RAID Card Faulty (A5856A RAID 4Si) in rp7400

hi guys,

im having a problem replacing the old card with the new ones.
im getting this errors:-

- Reserved
- Boot possible, pending failure - action require
- System blocked waiting for operation input
- End of eary boot detected

all of this require me choose the option as
A: ack read of this entry or X: Disable all future message or Q: quit vertual front panel display

why is this happening?

Wether the server boots up after this error ?

you can ack this error and proceed, is there any logs in syslog /dmesg ?
