RC2-128 crypting

Hello,
actually I have a wep application calling an external url and passing some parameters crypted with RC2-40 bit. It is done calling a compiled program. I need to call the url passing the parameters crypted with RC2-128 bit. Do you know where I can find the corresponding compiled program, or how I can do it?
