rcmd: connect: Connection refused

Hi,

This error shows, when I need to use rcp command to remote copy file.

.rhosts are fine.

Are you sure .rhosts is fine???
Have you check .rhosts of target box???
check inetd configuration...
try to run
rsh -l ls
see if it is working.
