rcp time-out

Numerous 10.20 & 11.0 machines using rcp to tranfers different volumes of data to an 11.0 machine. Some over WAN connection. The macine farthest away on the smallest pipe has no problems, all the other machines have regular time-outs. The rcp's are often at the same time. Network stats seem fine.

Any ideas ? which time-out option should I look for in inetd.conf ?

Hi,

Do you face the same problem with FTP or SFTP?

When did the transfer timeout occur? Any fixed duration or fixed transfer size before this occurs?
