re : usb device unclaimed

Hi Guys,
Can anyone advice how to install the usb device for my hardware. I have install hpux 11.23 onto a rx6600 server. There is a HP kvm switch connected with vga cable and usb connection for the mouse and keyboard. A graphics card is install by factory on the server. BUt, some how or rather when the server boot up and screen display something like display sqm:0.0 , I believe the cde is already running but, the lcd does not show the cde gui interface. Can anyone help????
