Reading others terminal
Being a superuser i should be able to read standard output of others terminal whenever required without users knowing about it. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

There is a product called DoubleVision that is produced by Tridia. http://www.tridia.com/index2.html This product allows you to connect to tty sessions (telnet sessions, not rlogin sessions) and see what the user is doing. It also gives you the ability to do things in that users session if you need to.
