Realtime library for 10.20

Hello all,

Is the realtime library (librt.sl) available
under HP-UX 10.20? I need it to use
asynchronous I/O operations.
If yes, in which product ?
I known these library belongs to
OS-Core/CORE-SHLIBS product
for 11.00.
