reboot hangs at "Querying disk device:..."
I've got a c360 running hpux11i that now hangs on reboots at:
Querying disk device: 8/0/19/0.5.0...
If I stop the bootup sequence earlier and "sea" devices it finds both hard drives, but not the CDROM. However I believe this device is one of the hard drives. I've swapped out the drive module with known working systems and always get stuck here.
Appreciate any help/suggestions!

Re: reboot hangs at "Querying disk device:..."
Hi,
I would verify to see if there are any address conflicts with the disks. If not, then the disk may be bad. Replace with a good one and see.

You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try

Re: reboot hangs at "Querying disk device:..."
I once had a situation where I mixed a CD and an hard drive on 1 SCSI bus. Theoretically that should not have been a problem, but my workstation (a B1000) hung during boot, and when I searched the SCSI devices, I missed the CDROM or a hard drive.
I ended up adding a SCSI-card that I still had somewhere and split the CD-ROM and the harddrive.
But Shridhar is right also : be sure you haven't got any duplicate IP-addresses on your SCSI-bus.
