Refections Timeout

Experiencing Reflections timeout on HP UX 10.20. Intermittently occuring within external wan sites.DNS Server has hosts and resolv.conf ips in both resolv.conf has all services looking at files.
Assistance much appreciated

/var/dt/Xerrors on server side, what is logged?
I mean graphics on server side, does it work well? Do you have a graphics console running?
