Hi,
We have two HPUX boxes which shows
1)HP-UX B.11.00 A 9000/785 (tk)
2)HP-UX B.11.11 U 9000/785 (te)
does it mean Itanium hardware or PA-RISC hardware
How can i identify this ?

your systems are PA-RISC (see post above).
Just run "model" - if you see a result including 9000, the system is PA-RISC, if you see ia64, the system is an Integrity (Itanium2).
