Nandam,

Jetadmin is not supported anymore, and this is one of those case where not supported means there is not place where you can download it.
You can use HPPI nowdays or WEB Jetadmin.

You definitely do not want JetAdmin; it has been obsolete for several years. Instead, you want the JetDirect software available here:

Essentially, where you once executed "jetadmin", you now execute "hppi". There is also a transferqueue command that will convert any existing JetAdmin queues to JetDirect queues.
