Regarding SAM error...

Hi all,

whenever open the SAM, i am getting the following error.Please tell me solution for this error.Please find the error below....


A SAM internal error has occurred.Check the SAM log file using the options menu or the /usr/bin/samlog_viewer command for more details on the failure.Contact an HP support representative and provide them the contents of the log file( /var/sam/log/samlog) so that an appropriate reslotion to this problem can pbe provided.
