Relaying with sendmail 8.11 - continued

I have asked You how to eliminate relaying from local to local address and a wonderful advice was given to me to install Milter filter.Now,I have installed milter but I'm not acknowledged with Perl, so could anyone please give me an example filter to drop messages from local sender to local recipient.
