Remedy License core dump
Hi,
I've a 9000/800 system installed with HP-UX 11.00 running 64bit. There's 1GB RAM and 1GB swap space.
It's installed with Remedy Server Ver 4.5.2
When I run the license program to plant new license, I encountered a core dump.
Is there any patches that resolve a core dump or any kernel parameters I can tune to resolve this?
Many thanks in advance.

Re: Remedy License core dump
Hi,
You can use gdb or adb to debug the core file and pinpoint the cause. An easier way to guess the error is to strings the core file.
# strings core
What does the output tell you?
Hope this helps. Regards.

Re: Remedy License core dump
Has it ever worked before? If not, I would contact Remedy to see if their code is fully functional on HP-UX 11.0 at 64bit.
