Hello:

I just installed the RemedySPI onto my OVOU management server running 7.19. I added the remedy path to the trouble ticket service. When I try to create a ticket I receive the following error
06/18/2004 09:29:00 [ERROR] (remspisrv-8558): Can't retrieve ITO message for ID '75584030-c12b-71d8-1b2b-3617d76d0000': 'Access denied'. (SPI215-90). Does any have any idea what might be the problem. I made sure that the permissions were create on the files.

George,
I not sure about the details.. can you look at your client system with respect to the server/ITO ?

snmpwalk -c public system
