Installing CIFS (samba) Server on HP should solve your problem.

Install - if you don't already have it - samba: http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B8725AA

Re: REMOTE ACCESS FROM HP-UX TO WINDOWS2003

Shalom,

Tea leaves computed.

There is a RealVNC client and server for HP-UX.

In this scenario you need to download and install the server at least on HP-UX and the client on Windows 2003.

If you get a client connection from Windows to HP-UX all local filesystems are visible to the VNC client.

This does not make them accessible.

You need to use NFS, which is built into HP-UX of CIFS/9000 which is samba and is available at http://software.hp.com
