remote printer prints half lables instead of 4x13 printing 4x6, queue is on hp-ux 10.20

the remote printer is printing 1/2 lables, the size should be 4x13 but it is printing 4x6, printer is a network printer, with intermake &barcode printer.
Is it a hardware problem or problem from application side. host side q seems ok

I suppose that you meant Intermec. This is really an application setup problem made worse because it is a remote printer (as opposed to a Network/HP JetDirect) printer. You have very limited control over remote printer so everything must be done by the application.
