my equipment not tine tape unit. as I can make ignite(make_tape_recovery) using the unit of tape of another one equipment

on another system yet. That feature is coming in a future release.
You can setup an Ignite server quite easily
and do make_net_archives.

You have to use make_net_recovery and create the make_net_recovery of the machine you are backing up on the machine with the tape drive. Then from the make_net_recovery image you can create a bootable tape.
See the file /opt/ignite/share/doc/makenetrec.txt for more information on how to do this.
