removal of vpar

in the npar state on an intregrity server on npar1 can i remove a vpar and ressign it basically the same resources minus some of the old resources?

you can remove a vpar by vparremove command and create a new vpar with correct resources.

Of course you can, even if the related vpar isn´t down you can vparremove it from any vpar within your npar (yes, also itself). This is because the only thing the vpar command does is update the vpars database and the changes will take effect next time you boot the related vpar.
