Removing ApacheStrong 1.3.26.06.09 HP Apache-based Web Server with Strong (128bit) Encryp

I have a request from DBA to remove ApacheStrong 1.3.26.06.09 HP Apache-based Web Server with Strong (128bit) Encryption from two servers with HPUX 11.11. Other than using swremove to remove this I have the following questions:

1) Are there other tasks that need to be done prior to me removing it with swremove?
2)Is this product required to be installed by the OS?
