Hello forum goers
I intend to remove Predictive and install ISEE on a series of 11.x HP9000s.
Will the installation of ISEE correctly remove/disable Predictive ? Would I need to remove filesets using swinstall ? What should I do with the "premail" user account ; should I leave it where it is, remove it, deactivate it ?
Thanks !

Solution
According to the install manual (page 50)
_____________________________________________
Disabling HP Predictive Support from Your HP-UX Servers
If HP Predictive Support is running on your HP-UX Client, HP ISEE will automatically
disable it after installation.

Here is the link to it:

It has been a long while since I've installed ISEE so I've forgotten most of it. I remember filling in lots of forms, there was a proxy field that it is fairly crucial to leave blank. I'm pretty sure that is highlighted in the manual and on the form.
Cheers.

Re: Removing Predictive and installing ISEE
Thanks for the linkage Gavin. I'll read the docs.
