But I can find virtual IP in /etc/rc.config.d/netconf?
where is this virtual IP configured?

by command line u can add a virtual ip like this
# ifconfig lan0:0 ipaddress netmask ( for creating virtual ip using the lan0)
or u can add these to /etc/rc.confgi.d/netconf file and in that instead of INTERFACE_NAME[0]="lan0"
put INTERFACE_NAME[0]="lan0:0"

Maybe i don't understand you right.
But what i read is that when your heartbeat/stationary failed you don't know which virtueel ip its get.
It don't if your heartbeat failed your cluster is going down.
You can prevent this to make the stationary also a heartbeat. it doesn't garentee succes buts better then nothing.
