Replacing failing disk that's mirrored

I have a logical volume that has 2 disks which is mirrored (data disk).   Now one of the disk is failing (not failed, still green) but hp recommends to replace the disk.   Now how to remove the disk from my logical volume, volme group and add the new disk and  mirror it to LV ?   Can i do this online?  The disks are part of a disk array ds2300 and os running hpux 11iv2

All you need is this:

Hope this helps!
