Query: Required Trade support with HPE on HPE Integrity rx2800 i4 Server storage upgra

Hi, all, As i am trying to to take Trade support with HPE on 2 nos. of HPE Integrity rx2800 i4 Server storage upgradation from last three months. But till today i did not get, i have been contacted hpe support people & hpe sales person also but no result.
