Rescue CD for HP-UNIX 10.20
Is there any one knows where to get a rescue CD for HP-UNIX 10.20. The /etc/passwd file is hosed. I was able to access it as a regular user. But I can't edit the /etc/passwd file. I couldn't su - or sudo su - to it too.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Rescue CD for HP-UNIX 10.20
Why ask an HP-UX question in a Linux forum?
Did you try booting into single-user mode?

Re: Rescue CD for HP-UNIX 10.20
Hi,
Exactly, boot hpux10.20 on single mode
You interrupt the boot sequense [break]
b pri ipl
hpux -is (or hpux -is /stand/vmunix)
and after that you could modify the root passwd
Hpux is not linux or solaris.
