Re: Reset SCSI
its serious in that you have 3 disks dead or removed from system?
target 5 14/0/0.5 tgt NO_HW DEVICE
disk 14 14/0/0.5.0 sdisk NO_HW DEVICE SEAGATE ST373405LC
target 10 14/0/1.2 tgt NO_HW DEVICE
disk 6 14/0/1.2.0 sdisk NO_HW DEVICE SEAGATE ST318203LC
target 13 14/0/1.5 tgt NO_HW DEVICE
disk 13 14/0/1.5.0 sdisk NO_HW DEVICE SEAGATE ST373405LC
check the status of these disks further with diskinfo commands
#diskinfo -v /dev/rdsk/cxtxdx
Also check ems logs for more information and post more of syslog if you can.

Re: Reset SCSI
sorry I did not notice the ioscan attachment.
If the device is b701f000
then
b7=device in hex = 138 dec
lsdev 138 shows you device type
Then goto /dev
and ll -R /dev | grep 138
