Resetting Bad Login count to 0

Im on HPUX 11.0 and trusted system. I have set the unsuccessful login tries to 3. What happens is the count is not getting reset after one successful login.
How can I reset the bad login count? This is causing quite a bit of disconcert for the users. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Use in the condition matching the bad login message the following in the "message correlation" window :

Counter Reset After

"Well, actually, she is a rocket scientist" -- Steve Martin in "Roxanne"

where is the message corelation window?
where should I add the count reset after?
