restore from ignite backup hangs on ISL> after reboot.

I installed a C.6.xxx release of Ignite
It needs to install the cumulative patch for PAX command. PHCO_30150. This patch requires a boot.
After installing Ignite
make_tape_recovery -I -v -x inc_entire=vg00
produces a bootable tape

boot on the tape (interrupt the boot) and enter command
BO tape_hw_path

It will install a clone of your system.
Mirroring if required should be configured manualy.
