Restore from Ignite
tar -xvf /dev/rmt/0mn /DR/Ignite/ignite.date
or
tar -xvf /dev/rmt/0mn DR/Ignite/ignite.date.
The output of tar -tvf /dev/rmt/0mn is as follows:

You may need to go to the second section of the tape to get what you want.

make_tape_recovery -a /dev/rmt/0mn -I -x inc_entire=vg00
so that you get the entirety of your root volume group rather than just the subset of files that Ignite thinks are critical.

So the command to use would be:
tar -xvf /dev/rmt/0mn DR/Ignite/ignite.date
Don't forget to do a:
mt -f /dev/rmt/0mn fsf 1
to space forward over the boot area at the beginning of the tape before you do your restore.
